Sergey Romanovich (born July 16, 1992) is a popular Russian actor known for his energetic screen presence and his high-profile transition between mainstream stardom and personal spiritual discovery. Originally from Tomsk, he made a sensational film debut at age 15 playing Yuri Shatunov in the biopic Laskovyy May (2009) and later became a household name through major television hits like the sci-fi thriller Chernobyl: Zone of Exclusion (2014) and the sitcom Olga. In 2012, Romanovich converted to Islam, a decision that eventually led him to step away from acting at the peak of his career to align his work with his religious values and pursue entrepreneurship, including his clothing brand Borz.
