Born on January 11, 1972, in Leningrad, Konstantin Khabensky is one of Russia’s most respected actors, directors, and philanthropists. After rising to fame in the popular crime series Deadly Force, he achieved global recognition as the lead, Anton Gorodetsky, in the supernatural blockbusters Night Watch (2004) and Day Watch (2006). A highly decorated performer, he has starred in major international productions like Wanted and Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, and won multiple Golden Eagle and Nika awards for his roles in The Admiral and The Geographer Drank His Globe Away. Since 2021, he has served as the artistic director of the Chekhov Moscow Art Theatre, and he remains deeply committed to his charitable foundation, which he established in 2008 to help children with brain tumors.
