Eugene is a shopkeeper in room 24. He has converted his apartment into a showcase of wares, selling a large number of useful supplies and equipment. He will place more items out on his tables every day. He can be haggled with three times per day on a selected item to reduce the price by a percentage. If attacked, he will defend himself with his handgun. Killing him will allow all of his wares to be looted for free, but no new ones will appear. He will also drop the key to the rest of his apartment. If Nestor was infected by Rafta, his head will flee into Eugene's shop and engulf Eugene's head, taking control of his body and continuing to sell his wares.
