Zachary is one of the mutated children from the bus that fell into the Sewers. He is found on a dry platform in the upper path in the right branch of the sewers. Zachary has a seeing-eye dog, Roxie, who he goes everywhere with. Roxie was separated from him after the crash, defending him from a monster. He asks Sam to find her, and will give him a Chew Toy to make her trust him.
