The Sewer Beast is a monster inhabiting the Sewers. It was once the driver of the bus carrying David and his students on their field trip when the Visitor appeared, but became dangerous after its transformation. It seems to have been assimilating victims. The Sewer Beast is hidden in the room in the bottom right corner of the Sewers, near Roxie. After entering the room, floating corpses will be pulled one by one down into the water, and the Beast will appear in the exit door.
