Tyrannical queen of the Malignoids and Lord Dregg’s arch-rival who wants the Fugitoid to settle their score. Maligna often searches for planets full of life for her to exploit so she can send her drones to harvest their resources until nothing is left. Unfortunately, many of the planets she attacks are under Dregg’s control, leading to them going to war with each other multiple times. When Maligna learned of the Fugitoid, she decided to hunt him down so he could help her find more planets to harvest.
