The experiments performed on Dreadmon by the Foot would also grant him enhanced speed to the point where he can move as fast as light. Dreadmon is an outspoken crusader against prejudice, which makes him an easy follower of Old Hob’s ideology and a valuable asset to the Mutanimals.
