An alien warrior woman the Turtles encounter during their river trip while she fights her rival Jhanna to preserve control over their home planet. Moriah’s family has tyrannically ruled over their planet for ages, and Moriah was expected to win because of the power she held. However, Moriah was also more than willing to cheat her way to victory against Jhanna, but she would lose after Jhanna got help from the Turtles. Disgraced and branded, Moriah would eventually become a servant of Null to get revenge on the Turtles.
