August 26 1959, 20 years after the murder Thomas and Martha Wayne, a strange man broke into Elizabeth Arkham Asylum dressed as a bat and murdered three patients. After the incident, crime has hit an all time low causing the Asylum to be empty and reports of missing people have been popping up.
