August 26 1959, 20 years after the murder Thomas and Martha Wayne, a strange man broke into Elizabeth Arkham Asylum dressed as a bat and murdered three patients. After the incident, crime has hit an all time low causing the Asylum to be empty and reports of missing people have been popping up. GCPD Commissioner Jim Gordon and others have speculated on the Bat’s identity and have boiled it down to one person. His name is Břųçė Ŵæŷņę
