Avengers: Doomsday

The final confrontation with Doom. Doom gets killed and the universe is restored...somewhat. Universes are merging and creating incursions, and this sets up the remaining heroes trying to fix everything in later phases.

Out in space a group of criminals come together to stop Ronan. Star-Lord finds out he has Celestial Powers.

Logan

Now in the apocalypse with most of the mutants gone, Logan continues on throughout the wasteland taking care of a clone of his, X-23.

Avengers: The Kang Dynasty

With Kang going after Hulk, the anchor being who was never supposed to be split into two personalities, feels this universe needs to be eradicated. The Avengers, X-Men, and Fantastic Four team up and stop Kang only for Doctor Doom to use this opportunity to decimate the heroes leaving the galaxy in an apocalyptic wasteland.

Thor: World War Hulk

After Bruce took off after Civil War, he crash landed on Asgard. Thor in the midst of stopping Asgard's doom and the annihilation of the Nine Realms, seeks Bruce's help in order to save the universe.

Daredevil: Born Again

Deciding Kingpin needs to be taken down, Matt Murdock goes outside of the law in order to take down the Kingpin creating his own group of Defenders, street level vigilantes who also want him out of power.

Ant-Man and the Wasp

Hank hires a local criminal Scott Lang to steal from Cross Industries (former Pym Industries) a Quantum Tunnel to free Janet from the Quantum Realm. He equips his daughter with a Wasp suit as well to keep an eye on Scott.

X-Men: Enter Magneto

With half of the X-Men in hiding, Charles and Scott recruit new blood into the X-Men to keep as many young mutants safe from the threat outside of the mansion. Magneto however, comes back with his genetically enhanced children causing Scott to look elsewhere for a mutant powerhouse.

Now realizing that S.H.I.E.L.D. is corrupted by Kingpin, Captain America must go against the law along with a few agents to take down S.H.I.E.L.D. while facing off against a familiar foe.

The Spectacular Spider-Man: The Sinister Six

Spider-Man after choosing not to get involved in the Civil War saved him a lot of trouble with the media. However, Norman Osborn is still trying to expose Spider-Man and creates the Sinister Six to destroy him by any means necessary.
