Avengers: Civil War

The Avengers are at odds now that Kingpin won the electoral bid for President of the United States wanting to outlaw superheroes. Captain America and his team side with the government and Iron Man and his team side against it. Certain heroes remain undecided and others like the X-Men are pulled in. Iron Man's team loses and ends up going on the run from the law.

The Spectacular Spider-Man: Web of Shadows

Spider-Man keeps trying to take down the criminals of New York but ends up running toe to toe with Kingpin.

The Fantastic Four

The Fantastic Four takes place in the 1960s and they deal with Kang the Conqueror, a time traveler who is intent on traveling to the main MCU universe to erase things that weren't supposed to happen. They stop Kang and all get trapped in the Quantum Realm.

Iron Man 2

Similar to the events of Iron Man 2 & Iron Man 3. Whiplash creates Stark Tech and Tony deals with the trauma of helping create Ultron.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Nick Fury hires new agents to go clean up the remnants of the Avengers conflicts as well as take down HYDRA which has been active in the shadows for decades.

The Trial of the Incredible Hulk

With Banner now on trial for the Hulk's actions caused by Ultron, he is facing a lifetime sentence incarcerated. He however hires Matt Murdock a blind lawyer as well as his cousin Jennifer Walters to find a way to keep him out of The Raft. Samuel Sterns, now the Leader is trying to manipulate the system to get him incarcerated permanently.

X-Men

The Gamma Radiation mixed with Quantum Energy to defeat Ultron released a shockwave across New York creating Mutants. Similar kind of story to the first X-Men, minus Wolverine and Rogue.

The Avengers

Nick Fury hires Banner and Stark to recreate the Ultron program. Hank finds out and intervenes making the Ultron situation worse. Nick Fury then assembles the Avengers including Captain America and Thor as well as SHIELD agents to keep them in check.

The Spectacular Spider-Man

Origin of Spider-Man as he faces against street level villains in New York

Thor: God of Thunder

Once again very similar to the MCU Thor film

The Incredible Hulk

Very similar to the MCU's Incredible Hulk film almost beat for beat.

Iron Man

Tony Stark becomes Iron Man and takes down the Mandarin. Very similar to the MCU Iron Man film, just with the Mandarin instead of Obadiah Stane.

The Astonishing Ant-Man

Hank and Janet are the Ant-Man and the Wasp. Hank builds Ultron, growing suspicious of the government and it backfires. He traps Ultron in the Quantum Realm but loses Janet to it in the process.

Captain America

Steve Rogers becomes Captain America and battles the Red Skull and ends up frozen in the ice. Very similar to Captain America: The First Avenger.
