My version of the classic dickens tale

The Lion King (Genderswap)

Simba idolizes his father, King Mufasa, and takes to heart his own royal destiny on the plains of Africa. But not everyone in the kingdom celebrates the new cub's arrival. Scar, Mufasa's brother -- and former heir to the throne -- has plans of his own. The battle for Pride Rock is soon ravaged with betrayal, tragedy and drama, ultimately resulting in Simba's exile. Frozen (Live Action)

When their kingdom becomes trapped in perpetual winter, fearless Anna (Annet Mahendru) joins forces with mountaineer Kristoff (John Cena) and his reindeer sidekick to find Anna's sister, Snow Queen Elsa (Jennifer Grey), and break her icy spell. Although their epic journey leads them to encounters with mystical trolls, a comedic snowman (Michael Cera), harsh conditions, and magic at every turn, Anna and Kristoff bravely push onward in a race to save their kingdom from winter's cold grip.

Megamind (Disney Version, 2006)

Though he is the most-brilliant supervillain the world has known, Megamind (Alec Baldwin) is the least-successful. The Cat In The Hat (Illmination Verison)

Mulan (Live Action) (Recast)

Fearful that her ailing father will be drafted into the Chinese military, Mulan (Liu Yifei) takes his spot -- though, as a girl living under a patriarchal regime, she is technically unqualified to serve. She cleverly impersonates a man and goes off to train with fellow recruits. Accompanied by her dragon, Mushu (Mark Wahlberg), she uses her smarts to help ward off a Hun invasion, falling in love with a dashing captain along the way.

Garfield: The Movie (2012

Based on the popular comic strip, this live-action comedy follows the exploits of Garfield (Albert Brooks), the large, lazy, grumpy and wisecracking cat owned by hapless Jon Arbuckle (Mark Wahlberg). Jon's other housemate, Odie, is a dim but sweet dog who frequently annoys Garfield. When the conniving orange feline gets fed up with Odie, he devises a way to get rid of the pooch. However, after Garfield has a change of heart about Odie, he must find a way to get his fellow pet back.

Guillermo Tel Toro's How the Grinch Stole Christmas

In this stop motion adaptation of the beloved children's tale by Dr. Seuss, the reclusive green Grinch (Bill Murray) decides to ruin Christmas for the cheery citizens of Whoville. Reluctantly joined by his hapless dog, Max, the Grinch comes down from his mountaintop home and sneaks into town to swipe everything holiday-related from the Whos. However, the bitter grump finds a hitch in his plans when he encounters the endearing Cindy Lou Who (Mila Harris).

Pinocchio (Sony Pictures Version) (2015)

Geppetto the woodcarver creates a puppet that will keep him company and be like a son to him. He names it Pinocchio, then is shocked when the puppet moves -- as if by magic -- and has a life of its own.

Finding Nemo (2022)

Marlin (Louis C.K), a clown fish, is overly cautious with his son, Nemo (Azhy Robertson), who has a foreshortened fin. When Nemo swims too close to the surface to prove himself, he is caught by a diver, and horrified Marlin must set out to find him. A blue reef fish named Dory (Kristen Wiig) -- who has a really short memory -- joins Marlin and complicates the encounters with sharks, jellyfish, and a host of ocean dangers. Meanwhile, Nemo plots his escape from a dentist's fish tank.

Raised by a family of wolves since birth, Mowgli (Neel Sethi) must leave the only home he's ever known when the fearsome tiger Shere Khan (Idris Elba) unleashes his mighty roar. Guided by a no-nonsense panther (Christian Bale) and a free-spirited bear (Bill Murray), the young boy meets an array of jungle animals, including a slithery python and a smooth-talking ape. Along the way, Mowgli learns valuable life lessons as his epic journey of self-discovery leads to fun and adventure.
