Reverse Flash
In the year 2251, the memories of the earth's former superheroes are kept alive through worship. In this future, there's no bigger fan of The Flash than Eobard Thawne, the tour guide at the Flash museum. Eobard's love of The Flash was more than a love: it was an obsession that fueled his entire life. His obsession with The Flash was so great that he would often neglect everything else in his life that didn't involve a certain amount of relation to the Flash. During the unearthing of a time capsule from the 21st century, Eobard practically creamed himself when he found one of Barry Allen's old Flash costumes in the capsule. Doing some experiments on it, he managed to find trace amounts of Speed Force radiation, was then able to grant himself Speed Force powers. Becoming even more determined to meet his idol, Thawne broke into the Flash museum and stole the Cosmic Treadmill, using it to go back in time to the 21st century. While he was in the time stream, the winds of time almost tore him apart. Things only got worse when he found out that he ended up during Wally West's time as the Flash, when Barry Allen was dead. Deciding to head to the Flash museum, Eobard had a euphoric fanboy experience touring the museum in it's early days. But when he visited the Rogues Gallery section, he discovered the real name of Barry's arch nemesis, The Reverse Flash: Eobard Thawne. The shock drove him mad, and he decided that if he couldn't be the Flash's best friend, he'd be his greatest enemy.

Scarecrow

Jonathan was greatly saddened by his father’s death, but didn’t want to become the monster he did. He eventually managed to become a college psychology professor, but was a bit too fanatical about teaching fear. He would do all sorts of experiments, like releasing a live rat into the class and monitoring his student’s reactions, to firing a live gun in class. This is what eventually got him fired from his position. Enraged, Jonathan traveled back to his farm and dug up his father’s formula for the Fear Toxin.
