Robert Grayson was born in Nazi Germany to scientist Matthew Horace Grayson and his wife of Jewish ancestry, who sent his son to Uranus on a rocket to live among the Eternals, who gave him their power and sent him back to Earth in the year 1950. He first appeared in Marvel Boy #1 in 1950 and was created by Stan Lee and Russ Heath.
