Ugochukwu (born: 1876), commonly known by his adoptive name Toussaint De la Croix was a Kongo-born Master Assassin of the Belgian Brotherhood in Brussels during the period of the Scramble for Africa and Leopold II's reign as King of the Belgians, Leopold II is also the Grand Master from the Belgian Rite of the Templar Order when he sends one of his Templar allies to purge Ugochukwu's village including his own family by the Force Publique where he was born between the borders of Portuguese Angola and the Kingdom of Kongo before the Templars led by Leopold II had established his International Association of the Congo in 1879 and has named the Congo Free State in 1885 where Otto von Bismarck and other Templars had drawn the African continent for Britain, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Belgium and Portugal as part of European colonial powers.
