Japanese actor Toru Uchikado was raised in Yokohama, Japan and moved to Los Angeles in 2011. Uchikado made his television debut in the epic 13-episode event series "Heroes Reborn" from creator/executive producer Tim Kring, who also imagined the critically acclaimed 2006 "Heroes" series. He plays 'Ren Shimosawa,' a young Japanese gamer whose storyline unfolds as he joins 'Miko' (played by Kiki Sukezane) on her journey of being a "Hero."
