Terunori Kuga (久く我が 照てる紀のり, Kuga Terunori?) is 91st Generation student of Totsuki Academy Alumnus, former president of Chinese Cuisine RS, and the previous Third Seat of the Elite Ten Council.
Originally introduced as the Eighth Seat, but for not assisting Azami Nakiri to become the new Director of Totsuki Culinary Academy, Terunori lost his seat, but eventually regained it at the end of Regimental Shokugeki, achieving the third highest rank among the Ten.
Terunori initially serves as a minor antagonist but eventually became the major ally to the protagonists for the Central storyline.
