Rob is the main antagonist and a supporting character in the animated sitcom The Amazing World of Gumball.
He was originally a background character and a forgettable student at Elmore Jr. High before he was exiled into a dimensional void (known simply as the Void) for the world's "mistakes" and useless entities. He escaped through a portal opened by Gumball, Darwin, and Mr. Small during their rescue mission for Molly Collins, another student, but was physically disfigured and "glitched" in the process. Afterwards, he seeks revenge on Gumball as his arch-nemesis and becomes a villain to justify his place in reality.
Later, he learns through the prophetic paintings of Banana Barbara that the Void is destined to consume all of Elmore. In an effort to save the cast, he forced them to transform into humans, presumably allowing them to escape into the real world, which he refers to as "the other place." However, he was stopped, and he was the first to fall into the Void as its destruction began.
He is voiced by Charles Philipp. As Dr. Wrecker, he is voiced by the late David Warner. As Superintendent Evil, he is portrayed by Garrick Hagon.
