Mrs. Turner (née Vladislapov) also referred to as Mom is a fictional character who is the mother of Timmy and the wife of Mr. Turner in The Fairly OddParents!. She is called Mom by her son and is addressed by everybody else as Timmy's Mom or Mrs. Turner.
She and her husband are the dimwitted and negligent parents of Timmy Turner who want to leave home for vacations or other adult-related activities all the while leaving their son in the hands of the evil babysitter, Vicky when they're not home.
Mrs. Turner's parents, Vlad and Gladys Vladislapov are immigrants from a small Eastern European country called Ustinkistan, who are also the owners of a fast food restaurant in Dimmsdale called Yak in the Box. She and her husband have known each other since they were their son's age or even younger, but she dated initially Mr. Turner's nemesis, Sheldon Dinkleberg throughout high school, who broke up with her in college once he got rich, which left her crying until she fell in love with Mr. Turner after he wiped her tears away with a mop.
