Miguel Sanchez, aka Burn Notice is the tritagonist of the Thunderstorm series created by Sote Tariah.
Miguel along with his sister Michelle and their best friend Tommy Fry operate as a sort of superhero trio after a freak accident gave superpowers. Tommy goes by the codename Thunderstorm and got weather manipulation powers. Meanhile, Miguel received fire powers and goes under the code name Burn Notice and Michelle received super speed and goes by the code name Swift.
He’s the guy who’ll roast you with a one-liner, then roast your lunch with his powers. Sarcastic, sharp-witted, and unapologetically pragmatic, this best friend is the team’s walking reality check — and its comic relief. If there’s a tension-filled moment, he’s the one cracking a joke. If there’s a plan that sounds like it came from a superhero fanfiction, he’s the one asking, “Are we seriously doing this?”
But don’t let the snark fool you. He’s fiercely loyal, protective to a fault, and would absolutely throw hands (or volts) for his friends. He’s the kind of guy who pretends not to care, but secretly memorizes everyone’s favorite snack and shows up with it when they’re down.
