Guardian Merida harnesses her connection to the will o’ the wisps, allowing her to call on them to enhance her prowess as a Highland Warrior for Clan DunBroch. Her connection gives Merida enhanced perception, making her an expert at tracking, while her weapons, made from wisps themselves, send the Fractured running. This Highland Warrior of Clan DunBroch proudly sports her bear-fur cloak and tartan kilt, but has no need for physical weapons. Instead, Guardian Merida’s bow, arrows, and axe are all formed from the will o’ the wisps. She’s a fearsome ranged attacker, and her ethereal axe quickly dispatches any foe that gets too close. Merida’s enhanced connection to the will o’ the wisps has been amplified by Stellar Magic to make her into a master of many forms of wisp-fashioned weapons. She can even summon them as a great bear spirit to rend through the Fractured! Guardian Merida’s arrow shots steadily sap her foes, every hit increasing her chance to land a devastating focused blow. When Merida is outnumbered, she can command her gathered wisps to blast out from a central target and quickly devastate an entire group of enemies.
