Maya Eshet is an Israeli actress and producer born on May 9, 1990, in Jerusalem to parents who were both voice actors and acting coaches. She began her own voiceover career at age nine before moving to New York to study at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting. She first gained recognition for her lead role as Tamar in the 2003 film Voices from the Heartland: Slaves of the Lord. Eshet is best known to international audiences for her recurring television roles, notably as the banshee Meredith Walker in MTV’s Teen Wolf, the cyber technician Lommie in Syfy’s Nightflyers, and the antagonist Sam "Shrike" Krennick in Fear the Walking Dead. Her film credits also include performances in To the Bone and Flower.
