Lucas Velázquez (born April 16, 1980) is a charismatic Colombian actor who has built a successful international career across Latin American television, film, and theater. He first gained widespread popularity in his native Colombia for his role in the hit series Padres e Hijos and later in the telenovela La Pola (2010). His career reached new heights when he relocated to Mexico, where he became a recurring face in high-profile Televisa productions such as Una familia con suerte (2011) and Qué pobres tan ricos (2013). However, his most recognizable role to a global audience came as Claudio in the acclaimed Netflix original series The House of Flowers (La Casa de las Flores) (2018–2020), where he showcased his talent for blending comedy with poignant drama.
