Biography

Kevin Mark Howarth is a British film and television actor best known for roles such as Max the “smooth talking psychopath” in The Last Horror Movie; Peter, the mentally disturbed drifter in Summer Scars, and Viktor the psychotic brothel keeper in The Seasoning House.
