Kelly Tyree Eichenholz (born December 20, 1995 in Dallas, Texas) is an American-German actress who is best known for playing her role of Melanie in seasons ten-twelve on Barney & Friends. In addition to her role of playing Melanie on the show, she provided the voice of Hope the Butterfly in the episode "Fairy Tales" and portrayed the role of Anna in Barney's Top 20 Countdown.
Following her role on Barney & Friends, she portrayed the role of Heather in the film The Concessionaires Must Die!. Eichenholz has been interested in cinema since she was five and landed the role after meeting a filmmaker, by the name of America Young, at the airport and having many conversations about the film business.[1]
