Kyoichiro Kuroi (黒井 響一郎, Kuroi Kyoichirō) is the central antagonist of Super Hero Taisen GP: Kamen Rider 3. He is a cyborg created in the future and sent to the past as Kamen Rider 3 (仮面ライダー3号, Kamen Raidā Sangō) as part of Shocker's plans to change history.
