Gentoku Himuro (氷室 幻徳, Himuro Gentoku) is the former head of the Touto Institute of Advanced Matter Physics and secret co-founder of Faust who transformed into the first Night Rogue (ナイトローグ, Naito Rōgu). After his brief exile, he transforms into Kamen Rider Rogue (仮面ライダーローグ, Kamen Raidā Rōgu).
