Arata Kagami (加賀美 新, Kagami Arata) is a member of ZECT who became the second Kamen Rider TheBee (仮面ライダーザビー, Kamen Raidā ZaBī, Masked Rider TheBee) after the TheBee Zecter had abandoned So Yaguruma. However, he gave up TheBee after refusing orders to eliminate Kabuto, but later became Kamen Rider Gatack (仮面ライダーガタック, Kamen Raidā Gatakku, Masked Rider Gatack) in his own right.
