Jorgito Vargas Jr. (born September 29, 1977) is a Native-Latino Canadian actor who portrayed Blake Bradley/Navy Thunder Ranger and voiced Starvark in Power Rangers Ninja Storm. He also dubbed Yukito Sanjo/AbareBlue (known as Kenny Yukito in the dub) of Super Sentai's Bakuryu Sentai Abaranger in the Power Rangers Dino Thunder episode, Lost & Found in Translation, when the team watch a Japanese show based off them.
