Jennifer "Jenny" O'Neil (born August, the 21st 1996) is a transfer student at Jake Thompson, Michael Green, Max Robinson, Dennis Rodríguez and Liam Kagawa's school, and Michael Green's love interest in Chargeshock Thompson & the Justice Avengers. She is best friends with Sally Gómez and Nicole Henderson and aspires to be a journalist in the future.

She is an interracial young woman with black hair and brown eyes. She wears black pants and a black sweater.
Personality
Jennifer is smart, pretty and well-intentioned. She seems to be a caring person as she cares about all of her friends, however, it is shown that she has a huge crush on Michael and she can sometimes act like a lovesick puppy around him to the point where she became obsessive over him and even stalked him for a long time to know every important stuff about him like his birthday, his favorite music genre, his favorite color his favorite food, etc. Though, she brushed it off as material for the school blog at first, her deeper feelings for him are still implied by the third season, as Michael begins to reciprocate.
She is also seen to be very committed to her strive to be a journalist, going as far as putting her own life at risk to get coverage of the battle between Chargeshock and his team against Venom and the enduring battle between Hulk and the Justice Avengers against Zzzax.
Jennifer seems to be seriously focused on her future and plans after high school. She has been shown to befriend people very quickly, such as when she befriended Jake and Max shortly after she came to Xavier High School and has an abundant awkwardness when talking to the rest of Michael's friend group.
Powers and Abilities
Jennifer has no powers of her own but sure knows how to defend herself, as she put the hurt on Thunderstorm who tried to take her hostage, and flirted with her.
Being the admin of the school blog and the Justice Avengers blog, Jennifer is skilled with phones and technology in general, and knows how to do things like adding videos, streams, and articles. Finally, she is a skilled observer, being able to figure out many things about Chargeshock, Goldspeed, Soundwave, Firestrike, Hawkman, Green Panther and Human Icicle, as well as their enemies, simply by watching them.
Trivia
She was between the first to figure out one of the Justice Avengers' identities.
Between period breaks, she usually daydreams about being Michael's future wife and the mother of his kids.
