Jasper Badun is one of the secondary antagonists of Disney's 1961 animated feature film One Hundred and One Dalmatians. They are a pair of lowly crooks that were hired to serve as Cruella De Vil's henchmen. The short-tempered and loud-mouthed Jasper acts as the brains and the de facto leader of the two, while the gluttonous Horace acts as the muscle.
