Tony Stark, aka Iron Man, is the leader the Avengers and a recurring character in Marvel's Spider-Man. He hosts a technology showcase called the Stark Expo where anyone can display their inventions, though many are there to see his new Iron Man suits. He and Spider-Man teamed up to defeat the super-villain Ghost, and his words reminded Spider-Man of his morals while the V-252 almost influenced him to kill Ghost. It is hinted that he may be aware of Peter Parker being Spider-Man, which is eventually confirmed in the episode, "A Troubled Mind".
