Irina Starshenbaum (born March 30, 1992) is a leading Russian film and television actress, celebrated for her naturalistic acting style and her frequent collaborations with top-tier directors. After beginning her career in television, she achieved massive cinematic stardom with the lead role in Fyodor Bondarchuk's sci-fi blockbuster Attraction (2017). She further solidified her reputation as a dramatic powerhouse with her performance in Kirill Serebrennikov's Cannes-selected musical drama Leto (2018) and the high-grossing war epic T-34 (2019). Known for choosing artistically diverse projects, she starred in the psychological thriller series Sherlock in Russia and the provocative drama Gold Diggers (Soderzhanki).
