Herbert "Herb" Overkill (born February 23, 1926) is the secondary antagonist of the movie Minions. He is the husband of Scarlet Overkill and an inventor who helps create her various weapons alongside other inventions. When he married Scarlet, he adopted her surname as he “hero-worships” her.
