First appeared in Tangent Comics: The Superman #1 in 1998 and was created by Mark Millar and Jackson Guice. In Tangent Comics, Harvey Dent was the telepathic and telekinetic superhero known as the Superman. He is similar to Bill Dunn, a telepath from Joe Shuster's and Jerry Siegel's story The Reign of the Superman.
