Halo is a light-powered superhero and member of the Outsiders, known as Gabrielle Doe and Violet Harper. Her mind is the gestalt of a human woman and an ancient energy being, granting her various light-related powers. Their essence was absorbed into an innocent woman, shocking her into amnesia. Batman took her in to join his black ops team, helping to reestablish her sense of identity.
Halo was created by Mike W. Barr and Jim Aparo, first appearing in The Brave and the Bold #200 (1983).
