Hal, originally known as the Boomerang Bird or the Green Bird, is a character that appears in the Angry Birds series. He is a green bird and a member of the Angry Birds. He is known for his large beak, which he can use to go flying like a boomerang the opposite direction he is going when he opens it in mid-air. Hal is down-to-earth and adventurous, and is good friends with the other birds, but is not often involved in their fights against the pigs.
