A supporting character from the video game Klonoa: Door to Phantomile. Grandpa, as his name indicates, is Klonoa's grandfather (although a later plot twist calls into question whether this is true or not.) He is a wise old man living in the town of Breezegale who gives Klonoa advice on his quest. There's not much more you can say about him without getting into spoilers.
