Garraka is the main antagonist of the 2024 film Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire. He is an ancient demonic cryokinetic deity, who is capable of controlling the climate to the coldest of temperatures. Sometime after Gozer's defeat, the discovery of an ancient artifact releases Garraka back to Earth, garnering him to attack New York City to start his quest of unleashing a second Ice Age through the Death Chill.
