Fami is a supporting antagonist in the Academy Saga. She is the Famine Devil who embodies the concept of famine and starvation and is a member of the Four Horsemen. She is initially thought to have been the Death Devil when confronted by the Fake Chainsaw Man, but it is revealed that the real Death Devil had been using her name all along as an alias to keep her identity a secret.
After failing to stop her eldest sister from enacting her plans, Fami is brainwashed into serving her and is commanded to plunge humanity into an abyss of terror alongside the Fake Chainsaw Man.
