Chester "Chet" is the deuteragonist of the Turbo franchise. Chet is Turbo's paranoid older brother, who is the main safety patrolman of Turbotown and the manager of the F.A.S.T. crew. He is also Burn's boyfriend. Chet is the team's voice of reason, but the odds are that he will be ignored 99% of the time.
