Biggie Bear is the titular main protagonist of South African PSA trilogy of the same name created in 2004 by the Parents For Responsible Viewing or PFRV.
He is a man in a brown bear costume who serves as the host of his titular "children's show." In each PSA, he encounters another character, but as the PSAs go on, the episodes become darker, eventually leading to Biggie committing a violent act towards the other character.
He was portrayed by actor and comedian Rob Van Vuuren.
