It is sung by Kazuma Kiryu, Shun Akiyama, Taiga Saejima and Yu Nanba. A remix of the song titled Bakamitai -sorrow- (Japanese: ばかみたい-哀愁- | Hepburn: Baka Mitai -Aishū-) is featured in Yakuza Kiwami and is sung by Kiryu.
The album Ryu ga Gotoku 5 Yume, Kanaeshi Mono Original Soundtrack (Vol. 2) features both a jazz arrangement of the song titled Baka Mitai [Jazz Version] and a duet of the full version of the song as sung by Saejima and Akiyama titled Baka Mitai ~feat.
