Arizona Tiberius Parrot is the deuteragonist of the Ozzie series. He is a green parrot who is Ozzie's best friend and sidekick who lives in a treehouse in Ozzie’s backyard and loves working together with his friends. The vet's office is where Arizona is first met by Ozzie who is bringing the boxes full of stuff to someone in need or sick. When he arrives, he asks what he is doing here. He says that he was looking for treasure and sees two beached whales so he pushes them back into the ocean with his head and wings. Soon Ozzie gets to adopt him as his best friend and sidekick and takes him to school.
