Tsutomu Tsuzumiya (鼓屋 ツトム, Tsuzumiya Tsutomu) is the young disciple of Kyosuke Kiriya who transformed into Another Hibiki (アナザー響鬼, Anazā Hibiki), an Another Rider derived from Kamen Rider Hibiki.
