The whole world is a homicide victim.
Eleven years after the exorcism of a twelve year old girl in Georgetown, D.C., a string of murders resembling those of a supposedly deceased serial killer are committed. An aging police lieutenant grappling with his faith is forced into a game of cat and mouse as he slowly pieces together his own connection to what happened all those years ago.
