The legend of Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight lives on in this animated successor. With the Batman gone, all of Gotham wonders who will protect their city. Former cop Richard Grayson, once known as John Blake, inherits all of the hero's resources so he may continue the legacy, as per the will of Bruce Wayne himself. However, others are beginning to stand up to Gotham’s underworld, including the wannabe Bat-Girl, the vengeful young assassin Robin, and the murderous vigilante called the Red Hood. Grayson must prove himself worthy of becoming Gotham’s new defender and uphold Batman's legacy before it is tarnished forever.
