The director and creator of the WALDO Initiative, "Whitebeard" is merely an alias. His true identity and place of origin are unknown to colleages and operatives alike. Having personally trained 'Walter" himself, he is highly interested in testing and evaluating his current condition in an effort to optimize said behavior and train a better class of operative.
