Description of Special Agent W.E.N.D.A. (Wayfinders Entrusted to Non Displaced Agents):

Her mission is to track down and bring in "Walter" alive for evaluation and study, however she just wants to stop his murderous rampage by any means. After trying to lock down on his whereabouts with no success, she turns to ACME of her own accord and teams with Director Allen in an effort to stop him. She also convinces Allen to bring in Carmen Sandiego for help, as her VILE connections would help sift out 'Walter"'s location and lessen her chances of being killed by him. While Allen agrees, she feels it'll be difficult to find, little does she know that WENDA has been tracking Sandiego since discovering that she was "Walter"'s next target.
